    Big Juicy Odds Poker
    Bubba’s Poker
    Butcher Poker

As usual good information from you BBD.

Do people really play at these sites???

Butcher Poker ahh there it is google page 18,168, umm yes i think ill join.

    Zero2hero poker funny stuff.

With the way things are today in the online poker environment, it's tough enough to stick your money in one of the more reputable joints, nevermind this list.

What would motivate someone to put any substancial amount into one of these sites?ANYONE?

Not that there are tons of better choices out there, but certainly 3 at least.

Anyone who may of got caught with these guys i hope you get your scratch back.

Thanks for the kind words Al

Here is an update on this story:

      Dynamic Gaming Systems Collapses Update:

There has been some confusion regarding the report that Dynamic Gaming Systems has collapsed, due to the fact that the software can still be downloaded and a few tables are running. Phone support numbers listed on the DGS website have been disconnected and a source at one of the affected poker sites stated, “I honestly have no time limit on how long DGS will continue to let us run . . . They have pulled CS and I don’t know what’s next.” Big Juicy Odds Poker has confirmed player accounts will remain intact and all players will be sent directions for the migration to the Dobrosoft’s Gold Chip Network when finalized. BJO also stressed it is their intention to accomplish the transition as quickly and as easily as possible. PokerRoomReview will continue to report on this situation as more details become available.

The people that sign up with any of those sites deserves anything that they get.....How can any sensible person send their money to someone without a good reputation. If you have not heard of them on TV or radio chances are they are not very good and even then some of them on TV commercials I dont really trust. Why dont you just send you financial information to that Dude from Africa that is always telling me that I won some out of country lottery and he needs my information for me to collect. Some people are so dumb.......By the way If you send your money to a website that has the word Butcher in it you better be getting steak, or at least a scarry movie, Any website that has the name Bubba on it you would expect to see a woman in a compromising position with a farm animal. We wont say what I would expect to see from a website with the name big juicy(you can fill in the blanks), and also in my experience if a name to a business or website that says OK in it, is probably not OK.

I lost about $600.00 at DGS sites. How was I so dumb? Did I deserve this screwing? I don't think so. My sin was to trust several forums and take their word that these sites were okay to make deposits at and my money would be safe. Plus there were no ratings at SBR to go on. No bad news is good news - wrong.

I now think that many of these forums only concern was making money, not their members' best interest.

            Dynamic Gaming Systems Collapses Update

Dynamic Gaming Systems (DGS) announced that an agreement for the transfer of their network has been reached with Cintaly Holding Corporation (CHC). CHC, based out of the British Virgin Islands, anticipates having the DGS network in full operation within 72 hours of the transaction being completed. Although the details of the transaction were not made public, it is our understanding CHC intends to honor all verified existing player balances and licensee agreements. CHC strongly emphasized that their prime objective was to get all remaining players and licensees operational as quickly as possible.

I don't think online poker is dying any more than live poker is dying. But poker in general is kinda past it's peak. At this point it may fade back into obscurity, or linger in limbo, or maybe rejuvinate, depending on what congress does. Right now it just seems stagnate.

Man, I miss the old days when the fish were so plentiful, you could just play like an idiot and I couldn't even give my money away. Plus, there was more competition between online sites and the bonuses/rake/etc was much better. For a terrible poker player like myself, it's basically back to the freerolls. I can't squeeze a dime out of the real money tables anymore.

I agree with you completely. Use to be easy to make money quick now it is a grind to make anything. Seems like when the squeeze was put on all the fish dried up. Use to see a lot more high stakes games that seemed to disappear as well.

Between the new laws and the super account scandal at Absolute poker a few months back. I think it really put a black eye on the poker craze.

                              Dear Poker Player,

As has been recently reported, CHC reached an agreement with DGS to acquire the DGS Poker Network along with Jungle Poker. This transaction occurred in a very short period of time, and while our dedicated team at CHC has been working diligently to ensure a smooth transition, Please be patient while we complete our proper due diligence to bring the network back online to an acceptable operating level.

It is our intension to maintain the Jungle Poker Name as we believe the product, the platform and the brand are solid. We are confident that given the opportunity, we will be able to earn back the loyalty and trust you once held for the previous owners.

Presently our technical team is focused on reassuring the existing network is stable and secure. They want to ensure the network is coming back, stronger and bigger then ever. Finally, our accounting team is working to secure access to all necessary data to reconfirm deposits, withdrawals and balances.

We look forward to being able to provide a secure and safe network for all players, making the Jungle poker site the finest in the industry.

                              Sincerely,
                              Jungle Poker Management

Dynamic Gaming Systems Collapses Update (2/12/08)

As we previously reported on the 23rd of January, Dynamic Gaming Systems (DGS) announced that an agreement for the transfer of their network had been reached with Cintaly Holding Corporation (CHC) and that it was their intention to have the DGS network in full operation within 72 hours of the transaction being completed.

Since then, PokerRoomReview has received disturbing reports from players who have been attempting to play at Jungle Poker and from one player in particular who has been a customer of JP for about a year. This player reports that there is absolutely no evidence of a legitimate new ownership and that CHC appears to be a non-existent company. The entire site remains closed except for ring game play, perhaps 2 or 3 people at support and the cashier, which just reopened Sat, Feb 11th, with the announcement of new withdrawal rules, which say, in effect, that no previous account balances will be honored. The few remaining players are being made promises of things that never take place and the entire situation is a shambles. The players are being told absolutely nothing and accounts have been locked in retaliation for criticizing the individual who claims to be the Director of Operations. The player wrote, “My main reason for writing you is that what is going on at [iSBRFORUM]Jungle Poker[/iSBRFORUM] is bad for internet poker and what DGS and the supposed new "owners," particularly [the Director of Operations] are doing to legitimate players is disgraceful at best, and in my opinion, criminal at worst.”

Here is the latest update I just read about this situation over at pokerroomreview

                                      Dynamic Gaming Systems Collapses Update

A player writes: “Just a quick update on the situation at Jungle Poker. They are running a very limited tournament schedule now, about 8-10 per day, mostly $1 and $2 buy ins, with from 5-20 players. The ring games are still operating, but also with very light traffic, on average 7-15 players, total. Everything else, unfortunately, hasn't changed. Players still can't get clear answers from Support and the Cashier, while open, doesn't seem to be responding to any requests. Their new withdrawal rules are absurd and essentially say you can't withdraw until you make a further deposit and then withdrawals are both costly and very limited. And [they] are still using heavy-handed tactics on players. I know two who have had their accounts locked and many more who are very frustrated.”

And another report: The player had been playing at Jungle Poker for years and was previously owed $300 when the Dynamic Gaming Systems network collapsed. That sum reappeared recently in the player’s Jungle Poker account, but when another withdrawal request was made, the player was informed there were new rules that state an additional deposit is required in order to request a withdrawal, and that the maximum withdrawal is 10% of the available player balance, with the maximum withdrawal limit being $500 USD per month.
