I just did a withdrawal. You must send them a digital photo of your license before they will okay it. FT rejected my fax twice.

Last time I withdrew from them was in Neteller days. I know that doesn't help much but, I can tell you that regardless of their poor email response times/customer service they will definitely pay you out and probably in decent enough time.

Once I emailed them a digital picture of my license my withdrawal was approved and I got a check in less than a week.

There were no play through requirements or any of that crap.

I use epassporte. I withdrew my money from the ATM the next day. Never had any problems.
