    Ignition Casino disabled account. Scammers!
    Hello
My account has been disabled for more than 30 days. They don't give me my money. In December, I registered with ignition casino and deposited of $ 200. I played poker and won 800$. When I requested a withdrawal, support requested documents for account verification. I provided all the documents the next day. After 10 days, they asked for a phone number to contact me. I gave them my phone number. I called them at the phone number 1-855-370-0600 but they tell me to wait 24-48 hours they will contact me so no one calls me. My account is disabled and all my money is withheld. I write every day to e-mail and call them. They ignore me by email and phone. Help me to issue this problem. Harry Biraban

Ignition is the same as Bovada which is an A rated book here. I don't think they'd disable your account for no reason. Are you playing from a region that they accept players from?

Ignition casino does not have a gaming license. How can this be? Where should I complain?
are there representatives of ignition casino here?

I'm pretty sure they stopped allowing Australian players. You don't have many options for online poker there.

Many other players from Australia are having the same issue. You will need to use a VPN. Also, try .lv instead of .eu

I don't have access issues. They requested documents to verify the account and disabled the account. I sent the documents the next day. My account has been disabled for more than 30 days.

Are there any representatives of this casino on the forum?

                Bovada do not accept Australians.

They have the site geo blocked from here.

How do you not know that?

He's not the only player with this problem. Ignition had been accepting Australian players, but I'm pretty sure it was prior to December when he had registered. Now ISP's are blocking access to the site. However, he said he didn't have a problem accessing the site.

Other players decided to VPN, so I'm guessing OP decided to do the same which then insta-bans you from Ignition. Not sure how he can get in touch with them to get paid, or if he can, for that matter.

The government there is trying to "protect" users from online poker. They are doing so by making sure players can't get their money out of these sites. Makes a lot of sense...

The only geo-block I see when visiting Bovada is one setup by Bovada themselves, with their own message.

I get a connection refused error code from ignitioncasino.eu, but no Aussie govt block page.

Yeah, Aussies were suggested to try .lv instead of eu.

Only thing I know is that many others are having the same problem as OP and it's only a problem for those playing/accessing the site from Australia. Others are unable to contact support or hear back from them too.
