Players Only, which currently uses a Cake poker skin to service it's customers for poker, will be switching to the Merge Network on April 15. I believe that Sportsbook.com will moving as well (as they are affiliated).

Only a couple of months late, and no that doesn't change their D- sportsbook rating, if anything it's worse, because Cake was reliable for payouts, Merge not as much.
