Where are you from jnyg? You might have luck by contacting customer support and asking them directly about your options. In my experience they have been nothing but helpful.

Stars support is really good. Definately try and talk to them. Obviously it is in their best interest for you to get money on their site.

If you have to maybe you could arrange a player to player transfer with a friend. I know a lot of people do it that way lately. GL.

I have a same problem at pokerstars. I cannot make a deposit using my **** credit card. When I contacted customer care, they said that right now almost 95% banks have a problem when we using credit card for gambling reason. They suggest me to use ********, a virtual **** card. But I'm not yet decided to use ******** or not because ******** ask me to send them a scanned of my credit card front & back wich I'm not comfortable of. Hope this help you.

If you have money in a sportsbook or other online poker site, your best option is probably to go over to 2+2 and trade cash with somebody. There should be threads dedicated to this over there in either the internet gambling forum or the marketplace forum.

Credit cards are almost impossible nowadays...but there are still plenty of other options.

Processing companies asking for identification is standard in the industry. You will encounter it if you sign up with other processors like moneybookers, instadebit etc. In fact Pokerstars will likely require the OP to provide identification for any withdrawals anyway. I worry about identity theft too but there is little way around it unfortunately.

Buy one of those ******** **** giftcards from one of those speedy cash or check cashing stores. It has to say ******** on the card and start with a 4 for it to work though.

Yes if you already have fund at your moneybookers account. I have moneybookers account which I have verified my address, and when it comes to verify my credit card, my credit card cannot be use! When I ask my bank customer care, they said funding moneybookers account is categorized as a gambling purpose!!!!

e-check is currently the best way, however it can take like 2-10 days for the money to come out of your account and once you make 3 successful deposits onto their site via e-check they'll start putting the money in your acct right away rather than waiting the 2-10 days for it to be taken out of your bank acct.

PokerStars has absolutely ZERO history of scamming/screwing over players. If they need scans or whatever to verify your identity, your best bet is to just jump through whatever hoops so you can start playing.

not true at all though, go to 2+2 and theres some PS screwing people over, but i do think PS is the best out there. PS got no rakeback though, so their just better for high volume player.

I have had the same luck with credit cards...I use echecks when I can or even got a prepaid **** and that worked like a charm.

I post frequently on 2p2 and nobody to my knowledge has ever had a justified complaint about Pokerstars (or Full tilt) when it comes to security/depositing/cashing out. People have been password hacks, but with the security tokens, shouldn't be a problem.

Full Tilt has been known to have crap support sometimes, and they've been known to close accounts of likely colluders with less evidence than PokerStars, for better or worse.

Supernova > FTP rakeback

If you don't play enough to get Goldstar+ it works out differently from game to game because some of the micro limits on FTP have higher rakes.

ive heard that hapened a couple times e -check is the way too go lot less hassles all the way around

this is the best advice here. ******** all-access card. works everywhere on everything and the fee is like 4.50 to put money on it and 1 dollar per transaction. its worth it

Congress passed a law a couple of years ago that helped ban Debit/Bank cards from being used on these gambling sites. The only loophole I have found is the **** Gift Card.
