If you are playing on the main stream websites than you should invest into a tracking software.

    1. Holdem Manager
    2. Poker Tracker
    3. Poker Office

I prefer Holdem Manager, but I have used PT3 for over a year, but HM2 is far more superior IMO than PT4.

If you are looking to track live or other sites, than I recommend buying an app on your phone.
Poker Income Tracker is by far the best one iv seen so far. ( Android) not sure if its on iphone

If your gona go with a spreadsheet, I recommend you make on in Google Doxs so you can access it anywhere.

    It's a Zip-file. You can't open this in Excel.
You have to unzip it and then open the included xls-File with Excel.
