Poker Stars and Full Tilt Programs
I am retired and live in Las Vegas. I play in live ring games and Turneys all the time. I would guess over the years I have half a million hands. In the summer I travel to my second home in upstate NY where live poker is all but dead. I play Poker Stars and Full tilt and have played thousands and thousands of hands on line.

Poker Stars has an inordanite ratio of bad beats and a larger than normal ratio of good starting hands.

Full Tilt also has a larger than normal ratio of good starting hands but the flops, turns, and rivers seem like normal though aces hit more than on live tables. Still FT has a near normal ratio of bad beats.

I'm not saying either is good or bad. If you play enough you will see that these programs are different than a live game but they effect all players the same. Knowing this, you play accordingly.

I have been successful at both sites and in live poker. Indeed I have made a tidy living at poker. What you see on the net is not a cheat but a result of the programing and like I said it is FAIR as it favors no player. If you go to PS or FT and expect it to be like a live game you will be dissapointed. Good luck, and may all your hands be live.

I've long said that poker stars doesn't have "more bad beats" than other sites, but has a greater number of bad players or beginners that put themselves in a position to 'suck out' on you. So it seems there are more bad beats because you are placed in that position more often. There's only so many times aces are going to win over deuces.

I had some hard statistical data on poker site hand generators at one point but can't find it. Like it or not, stars and tilts generators are indeed random

This may be true to an extent but FT has many players who stay in with marginal hands and I find bad beats less than PS but again be aware for this and bet accordingly. Like I said it's happens to everyone at the same rate so it is statistically insignificant to the polished player.

bad beats only happen when you get your money in good, and the other players get their money in bad.

so more bad beats are the result of more bad players, and a result of you playing better than your opponents.

since the only way to make money in poker is from your opponents mistakes, bad beats from bad players is a good thing. It means you have an edge in the game and should keep playing. Eventually the bad beats will become profit.

If you get more bad beats at one site than another, it's probably because their are more fish, not because the software is tilted or rigged.

              online poker is rigged

              why?

because the law allows them to have a 10% deviation on the flops.

not to mention there employees can acces data on every hand you played.

they cheat on you because rigging is a crime that is unpossible to proove.
(weirdly enough statistics 'r accepted as proof)

Correct. They are based overseas. They don't pay the US government taxes thus the huge stink about it being "illegal" and thus the reason it is difficult to deposit and withdraw funds onto these sites sometimes.

Pokerstars and Full Tilt are by far the most rigged sites out there. Their RNG is corrupt and predictable as fcuk. Don't believe the hype about the "credible" security businesses verifying their site. This is a multi-million dollar company capable of bribing and covering up anything. THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE

Honestly thousands and thousands of hands is a very, very, very limited sample size in online poker. Back about a year ago when I tried to play semi-full time I averaged about 2500-3000 hands per day playing 8 tables.
