Doyle's Room Cashout Problems
i requested a check in march… got one in june, it bounced… call and email all the time since, and just get the same bs lies… they say they sent check when they didn’t, lies after lies after lies… and every lie comes with “just wait 2 weeks” and every 2 weeks i get “no… i meant 2 weeks from NOW” and more lies about they already sent it or issued it or proocessed it.

i won the “doyles bounty” tourney so i’m trying to cash over $1k

i email everyone constantly in customer service and all they do is lie and ignore me. it is disgraceful.

doylesroom.com is a complete scam. WHAT A JOKE.

i’m sad to say it, but i’m 100% convinced doyle brunson is a thief, and he has stolen money from me. i have zero respect for him, and if i see him, i’ll be demanding he make things right.

yes really. i have responded many times on his blog at cardplayer.com and his associates are now threatening me with legal action in costa rica for "extortion" and "harassment" for simply asking for my money back.

i called today to request a status update and they hung up on me. i called back to speak to upper management and they said that upper management do not have any phones.

Did you know BETUS and Doyle's Room is the same software.

You can't run both at the same time.

doylesroom is on the cake network now. i'm guessing that means you can't run any site that is on the cake network.

is betus on cake? i've never played there.

update on my situation: STILL NO CHECK.

card player shut off comments to doyles blog where i was campaigning doyle to fix this. calls to support at doylesroom led to me being hung up on by "victor". very rude.

i'm warning every poker player i talk to... STAY AWAY FROM DOYLESROOM.

I used to love playing @ intertops but then they wanted all this verification of id's and utility bills so i told them to stuff it.
Although i still play their sportsbook as i have for the past 14 years.

i got a check today from doylesroom... after 6 months, nothing... complain on internet forums, and get aggressive with phone support = paid in about 2 weeks.

it's sick that this is what it took for this transaction, when these transactions are fundamentally the only REAL product all online poker sites offer.

(side note: i had received a check in the past, and it bounced, so stayed tuned a few weeks to see if i have any more problems.)
