SBR Poker hand review - bluff catch?

Hand 1 - Heads up on SBR vs a very aggressive opponent. You notice he/she is raising pf with a wide range of hands.
You've noticed he/she will take stabs at the pot on the river.

Seat 5 (playing) : Player 2, amount $311.20, amount bet $0, penalty (None)
Seat 10 (playing) : Hero, amount $552.40, amount bet $0, penalty (None)
    Player2: Small Blind ($2)
    Hero: Big Blind ($4)
** Dealing Down Cards ** Dealt to Hero: [Ah, Qc]
    Player 2: Raise ($12)
    Hero: Call [btn] ($8)
    ** Dealing Flop ** Community cards: [6d, Jc, 2c]
    Hero: Bet [btn] ($14)
    Player2: Call ($14)
** Dealing Turn ** Community cards: [Js]
    Hero: Check [btn] ($0)
    Player2 Check ($0)
    ** Dealing River ** Community cards: [8d]
    Hero: Check [btn] ($0)
    Player 2: Bet ($100)

Whats your move? This one I'm not really sure about.

Hand 2 - Approaching the bubble in a tournament on SBR. Blinds are 100/200. Action is folded around to you on the button with ATos..

With 4000 chips you raise to 500. SB folds. Tight aggressive BB with 1300 chips calls.

Flop comes J45 rainbow and BB insta shoves for his remaining 800 chips.

Whats your move? What if the BB was Loose aggressive?

    1. why not 3bet preflop?
    2. my raise to 500 means i plan on calling a shove.

1)Mistake was not betting him out earlier. When it comes to the river like that, I'd fold.
2)Call. You committed yourself with the preflop raise. 800 is not enough to fold to.

Just depends on how tight you really view him. It could very well be JJ, or any of the other sets. But JJ seems most likely because 44 or 55 honestly wouldn't want to call off the majority of their stack there to set mine. JJ makes more sense because JJ is pretty often beat post flop. So rather than shove & lose all your chips when you miss better to set mine & hope for the best.

(Yes the above is still bad play by the tight aggressive but I'm covering mindset not how to play proper).
AJ is the next likely hand on the list, but then it was extremely misplayed and should of never called. If I had a solid guess it would be JJ or a Higher PP like KK, AA.

hand 2 guy smooth calling is bad play IMO. but anyways thats not your hand so thats not the question. i think you have to call tho, im guessing u would call the 800 more if he had shoved preflop, u are priced in against a lot of hands and ahead of some hands even like 67, worse ace etc.

Hand 2 is an example of a "stop and go", except you are on the other end of it. The BB purposely calls our raise PF with only 800 behind with the intention of shoving the flop no matter what it is. He knows you will call his raise PF but if you whiff on the flop and he shoves, you may contemplate a fold allowing him to win with a hand he may have normally lost. This is a powerful move in certain situations.

There's several PP hands in the BB range along with KJ KQ and various Ax hands that have you beat. If he's doing this with the top 15% of hands, you're a 35% dog...that's a tough decision with Ace high but the pot is big enough and your stack is large enough to merit a call there. Obviously the looser you feel the player is, the easier it is to call.

Thanks to all who replied...just my opinion. Now on to hand 1

Normally I would...but I wanted to change it up. Keep the pot small oop and hope I could get more value out of the hand if an A or Q hit...was afraid a 3bet would scare him away. Seems like the hands where I "change it up" are the ones that cause me the most trouble...hmmm...

Anyways, as it played out I wanted to try to keep the pot small and get it to showdown. My intention was to check/call the river because I believed that he'd throw out a bet with almost anything, but I wasn't expecting the over bet. I don't think he checks the turn too often with Jx with a flush draw possibility on the board heads up. The 8 seemed to be a harmless card which made his river bet very polarizing. The next part is what I'm not sure about... I discounted Jx, there's a busted flush draw, no straights, no draws, so he either has 88, Jx (maybe 66, 22) or nothing at all and the way it played out, I leaned towards nothing at all, so I shoved and he folded.

I think if that's my read, I don't need to shove, just call. While the shove could get hands like mid 77 or 8x 6x out of there, he's never calling with anything that doesn't beat me...at least very often. I think overall from start to finish, I fudged this one up. Thanks for the responses.
