Cash Games-Nobody wants to play

So the last few days I've tried sitting at 5/10 and 10/20 games but every time I do other players will instantly sit out. What's the point of joining the table if you aren't looking to play? These are betpoints. Obviously if we were playing $5/$10 and $10/$20 I'd understand game selecting, but come on.

Why is everyone so scared to put their points in play?

Point is people keep sitting at those tables and sit out when I sit down to play. I'm only going to play smaller stakes if I have tournament rollover. If I'm putting my own points in play I'd rather someone play me for more.
