Could you fold this? Playing about a week ago I saw a man lay down quad jacks because the rest of the board also showed 789J all diamonds, the opposing player turned over 9's full of jacks, the man was out raged, however it was a 30/60 game.

Funny thing is just beat a guy in a $100 heads up match.
I had 6diamonds and 4 hearts. He had pocket 7's
flop 7d, 10d, 8d I bluff and bet, he flat calls.
turn 7s I bluff again bet, he flat calls.
river 9d I bet and he goes all in with quad 7's, i think and call with straight flush which I can only lose to Jd

I win. Would have been a great bad beat hand if i had two of the cards.

Not in a million years do i lay down quads if ur beat ur beat but u never lay down quads, that is just non human.

Yeah, I'd rather lose with quads than fold them...

I mean, how often do you get 4 of a freakin' kind? The straight flush is even rarer than that...

That guy must have seen that sick hand on the WSOP 2008 when the guy got eliminated after making his quad As on the river which made the other guy a royal flush! That was the sickest beat I have ever seen. No I would NEVER lay down quads

I lost on quad K's before. Board was KKKAA and the other guy had pocket aces. It hurt but not too much since it was only a satellite. But winning that hand would have put me to the next satellite.

No way I would lay down the quads. The odds are with me. If the other player pulls the straight flush...OH WELL, I still made the right play and simply got slammed by random chance.

apparently hes not a gambler.cause first if u get quads u should be happier than a pid in shit,second no gambler would ever fold quads ,no matter what was on the board
