Chipnaz is/was just playing at a lot of things, including but not limited to: creating a new screen name to avoid his debts under the old one, denying it when discovered before finally coming clean, and most recently, pledging to repay his debts before reneging days later a la carseller. The guy's a chronic megastiff right up there with CS4 and bobbo, with the twist that he doesn't try to pretend he doesn't owe anything, he just straight out refuses to repay. Shouldn't give stiffs like him the time of day frank, unless it's to remind him to pay what he owes.

We are launching Omaha and a night tourney now.
