The World Cup points are poker points for rollover. Did you check there?

Well my points are still missing.

Sent email yesterday. No response, no explanation.

My situation was different than yours however.

It was a regular tournament prize, 2nd place finish on June 2nd, only originally 375 points, 1/3rd rolled over and I was up quite a bit.

Why did you remove this SBR???

Both prizes in my account were '2nd place prizes'. They removed one. Coincidence?

- 2nd place prize (375 points regular tournament from June 2nd)(still pending in account on June 9th)
- 2nd place cup (6000 points World Cup Prize)(added on June 10th)

- June 11th the 375 point prize was removed by SBR.

Both were '2nd place' prizes. Did SBR credit the World Cup Prize then look in the account the next day and see 2x '2nd place' prizes and think they credited it 2 times?

So they removed one?

OK. SBR got back to me.

Basically they say I am mistaken, pointing to points I cleared the weekend before.

Yeah I cleared points but not the ones in question.

Not much I can do.

I have started taking screenshots of pending points in the poker client.
