He only has 5 posts under his belt so I didn't see that reaching him in time. So I PM'd. It's pretty hard to miss a PM notification when you login. But so far no luck.

From the past rulings, you are not allowed to have another player even if that one never shows up all week

a couple of years ago. Canada had to play short for the first two days of the tourney,
till the player showed up.(I don't remember who it was)
I think they sent out the Mounties to locate him, so maybe you should try the FBI.
so definitely no subs.
