Open until January 7th at 5pm EST (when the tournament begins). Edits allowed within 24 hours of posting lineup or until tournament starts, whichever comes first. Any edited entries AFTER 4:59pm EST on January 7th will be DQ'd.

Adding a time limit to edit just encourages people to not submit their entry early.

The tournament starts in 80 minutes. You can only edit a post up to 24 hours from posting, that's how this board is set up. The only people it affects are those who posted yesterday before 4:59pm EST. There were 4 or 5.

The positive difference is once someone can't edit their post on the board, because it's been over 24 hours, then I'm not having to go back and recheck if everyone's post was their post or if they edited it later in a different post. Since I'm getting nothing out of this, it prevents unnecessary work for me.

bosocokid and po69 didn't post before 5pm yesterday, so they are free to edit their picks until the tournament starts.

Less than an hour to get any additional teams in. If I get busted early can someone take a screenshot of the final standings? Just in case they don't remain on the program for a bit.

Will pay out either late tonight or tomorrow, depends on how I end up doing. If I make the final table then probably going to be tired of staring at a computer screen and will get to them tomorrow.

Wouldn't that mean this is also a redundant rule if you think the board stops everyone editing after 24 hours anyway?

Maybe I dont understand, but it seems to make extra work for you to me. For no positive purpose. Just a negative effect.

You could just make sure the entry is time stamped before the tourney starts when you grade. No checking for previous posts or edits etc.

Anyway, it was just a comment for future setups. Could not see the point and it disadvantages anyone who chooses to enter early. If someone wants to copy all players, minus one, they just wait 1 day after the other posted, if they were silly enough to enter more than 24 hours pre-post.


Not everyone has the same privileges btw. It's not 24 hours edit time for everyone.

It works. I'm debating. Won Monday's tournament with this avatar but then lost with AA to jay's KT in Wednesday's. This avatar was just heating up, don't want to switch and end up screwing myself.
