Onerous....it's past January (and I saw you winning last night). Being that you took 150 off of me, seems you would pay your loan off.

Therefore if loan is not paid by 2/12, I will start charging interest. Charge will be 5 points a week or 5% of outstanding balance (whichever is less).

If you aren't happy with these rates, I'd recommend you do a consolidation loan to pay all these off.
