Pokerstars ripped me off, froze my account, stole my identity
Ripoff Report on: POKERSTARS - Pokerstarscompokerstars ripped me off froze my account stole identity isle of man nationwide

Yeah so last friday, my was compromised. the only thing i use my account info on is pokerstars.com. someone from australia racked up over a thousand dollars in merchandise, before the bank noticed and shut down my account. i wrot pokerstars a email at support@pokerstars.com telling them i thought it could have came from them and if it did, then they needed to take the measures to keep their in tact. so later that day i was so stressed about all my financial problems that i wanted to play a few hands of poker. i didnt have much on my account(less than 20 bucks) but when i logged in later that day, it wouldnt let me. when i emailed them again and finally got a response the next day, they said they froze my account. why? the damage has already been done. i think they were pissed that i told them their website probably had a fault in it, so they rebuddled and shut my account down. of course, they dont have a number listed for these reasons.

ive been researching everywhere, and every page ive pulled up on them is bad review after bad review. i have no clue if ill ever get my money back, its not about the money anymore its about the principle. i will NEVER deal with them again, and ill recommend to everyone i know not to try it, or to shut down their accounts. this place is nothing but a rip-off!! their main office is in the isle of man, or something. if i knew when i signed up that they werent in the u.s. i would have never signed up. BEWARE!!!

im spending the time writing this to warn all other people that want to. i mean how can you prove that its not set up in anyway? YOU CANT!!! you have been warned. my pokerstars name is globalaces. ive sent them exactly 47 messages since friday morning(march 27,2009) that lets you know how much there support team really helps. im just glad i didnt make a 500 dollar deposit or anything.

All poker sites and Sportsbetting are Offshore accounts... No USA sites... They are ALL across the ponds or in Carribean ... If the USA government would wake up and they could legalise internet gambling and solve alot of problems we are facing now...Congress snuck a BILL in under the Port Security Act, to keep the transactions of illegal money laundering for terrorist... Thats why Neteller had to close accounts to fund your account if you were American... We could actually solve our problems here in ( USA ) if they would LEGALISE I nternet poker and sports wagering ,if they would tax it ,like they do everything else here .. They could actually afford to gaurd our borders on the BILL they snuck it in on..Not only our Borders they could fix our ailing school systems , and our healthcare system with all the REVENUE and every1 could be happy.. Every other Country in the World SEE'S THIS AND THEY ARE MAKING A KILLING OFF US IN THE USA....THEY are sites popping up all over the world now.. Poker is huge now and we aren't cashing in on the Revenue here in the states from the Net .. Other countries seen they could so they have.. Falls under the FAIR TRADING AGREEMENT..AMERICANS MAKE UP THE MAJORITY OF ONLINE POKER AND SPORTSBETTING.. Our government has been bassackwards for too long now..BUT ITS OK FOR THE RICH TO BET ON THE PONIES , NOT A EQUAL AND FAIR TO ALL OF US IN THE 90 PERCENTILE.... SWERVIN4 SPREADING THE KARMA I'M OUT... HOPE YOU GET EVERYTHING WORKED OUT BY THE WAY..
