There's this thing called fold equity that you need to research. That 10 5 hand is a perfect example. You've been running good so you got away with it there but in the long run that's a -EV play.
Also, I wouldn't count on putting 40% of your roll into one turbo MTT working out too often.

Yes that 10-5 hand was big make or break I had seen him re-raise my BB last 2 rounds and one of those he showed 2-4 off. I had a third of my chips in the pot already with BB already if I fold then I would have had 6000 left and had 1/4 in pot next hand. I know I could easily learn a lot more about poker never claimed to be great or anything I will look up this fold equity you spoke of and try and learn from that but what I posted was what ran through my head and why I shoved. When he stalled and took so long to call I knew I made the right play. As for playing %40 of my bankroll in a MTT turbo I hadn't been able to play much all week and I saw this one going last night and had the time to play in it and I had a good feeling about it so I pulled the trigger if I wouldn't have cashed I would have gone back to grinding the free rolls until I was back over $10 I don't plan on this being some quick endeavor.Last edited by oChRoNiCo; 11-17-14, 07:44 PM.Comment -

I did this up to 400$ and then ended up blowing it on tiltComment -

thanks you for your comment, i really value your points and suggestions, and, i will try, as long as the gambler within listens.
Now, i hope i can cash out some needed cash for my casino runs, and live tournaments, but it seems like i will have to wait a lot.
Bodog/Bovada has disable my account pending verification, something that never happened in the past, in fact, it is the only place that always cashed out regularly and without issues.
If any of you had similar situations, please let me know.

I have played in a couple tourneys a day last few days ranging from $0.66 to $5.50 not cashed in any of them in 2 tourneys tonight and with both of the buy in's already accounted for my bankroll is currently sitting at $166.70.
