Biteme, I'm going to engage in what limited capacity I can to get the answer. But sir I'm doing it for the mental expansion not for points, especially given your generosity shown to me already.. After all a man who values profit over knowledge receives neither.

The obvious and wrong starting point would be to assume "Weeder pick a number between 1 and 1 or 1 and 2." Because that would be the minimalist approach. However in this case based upon previous focus with the number being what it wanted to be.

One can only be lead to the conclusion that Weeder should pick between Nothing and Himself. There is nothing more minimal than oneself and yet oneself is all anyone should need. Your excersises are trying to teach Weeder to see the value of Weeder's true self.
