Betonline not letting me cash out and theft

Excuse my spelling errors I wrote this fast. I meant to say the same day they sent a confirmation email indicating they had received my ***********, A new fake card was created and used in Puerto Rico.

Hey, welcome to SBR.

Betonline is a shady room; there are countless threads on 2p2 and here on SBR about the very same thing happening to other people, sometimes with five-figure dollar amounts. They can get away with it since they are based in Panama. Furthermore, it's illegal for many US players to be gambling there anyways. It's like if someone were to rob you in a drug deal. You can't go to the cops, and you don't have enough power to get your sh*t back yourself, so you're just effed.

I deposited $50 on there a couple months ago just to play around with, never really expecting to see it again. A couple weeks ago, the Betonline client simply stopped working for me. I can't connect to the poker room anymore - I get stuck on the "connecting to game server..." screen every time I try to. I have tried talking to their customer service about it, and that's like pulling teeth, as I'm sure you know. I've basically been given the same runaround that you and many others are getting. It's been a couple days since I sent them all the info they requested and they are "still looking into the matter" and will "get back to me when the issue is resolved," etc. Really, it shouldn't take more than a quick glance at the .log files they requested, as I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this problem. It's not like they got a team of scientists in a lab and sh*t, testing out different theories, rifling through books in the f*cking library. Never expect to see the $50 again, just taking it as a lesson.

Bottom line is you're probably f*cked. All you can do is complain here and commiserate with others who are in the same boat, but that won't stop them from stiffing the next dumbf*ck to deposit there.

Anyone else think it's crazy that, given all the complaints about BOL and the repeat reports of them stiffing their customers, they still have a B+ rating here on SBR?? That needs to change, right now.

Betonline are A- on the SBR Ratings Guide. I hope nothing like that happens to me. These stories always make me nervous.

I hope SBR can chime in on this as they are a sponsor.

if you are a victim of identity theft they (and SBR) are going to make things difficult for you bro.
I had trouble with pinnacle and SBR sided with them and accused me of "antics".
after I furnished proof of pinnacle staff telling me one thing and then one month later deciding to go back on what they said. And I furnished EVerything, passport, me holding passport, utility bills, bank statements, drivers license ..everything but a picture of my rooster. And they played games with me.

i love how these sites can get you signed up and take your money in about 10 minutes when it comes to starting an account. but the minute you want to withdraw, they want to make it as difficult as possible for you to do so. last time i did an online account i deposited using money gram. but when i went to cash out they wanted all of this personal info. why? because they knew i'd be uncomfortable giving it and leave my money there. after my cashout (and reading the horror stories here), i have given up on online books.

I have been using them for 6 months and haven't had ANY problems with them. In fact, I requested a 15k withdrawal just 2 weeks ago and received my $ within 1 week. This is as solid of a book there is IMO.

Maybe they are more kind to their sportsbook customers. It seems that the complaints mainly stem from users of their poker client.

Yeah just got scammed on my ** deposit. Betonline is just such a shitbook where they are rated a A i don't know just filed a complaint hopefully they do something about it.

They battled me (I filed a complaint on principal ) over a 25 dollar freeplay which I believe I got through sbr in 2012.

Anyway I was like I've never played the so I logged on it's gone. Then my account is shut down. Then they give me a new account and say the new account is even an older account I already had from 08 (I had not been being sports online in 08 and my first rooms were BJam and Bphoenix )

Then they tell sbr in the complaint that it's not a freeplay it's a promotional balance whatever the hell that is. Then they say you have to use it in TWO days lol. Even though I have the email showing them saying it expired in a year.

They will never see a dime from me

I also won over 11000 and keep getting the run around about my authorization confirmation. They said my signature didnt match the one my my license. I called to explain that I signed that when I was like 16 and now I sign short hand. They asked me to send a new signature to match and I did. After stalling for a few more days they said it doesnt match again even though it looked identical. I told them that I would send any other proof including passport or anything they need and they just ignore me. This site is a scam and I dont want other people to lose money like me. If anybody have suggestions please let me know. Thank you.

Definitely people out there with the goal of bringing BOL down right now, so somewhat skeptic about all the people's first post, but BOL also known to be a bit shady, so it just might be true.

Just go p2p and you won't get the run around or whatever. A month ago I requested a payout on Friday free payout up to $50 in fees. Got the confirmation thing the next day, though they fhked up my name and country but I didn't have to send any bull shat documents and other crap.

If people don't understand most of these are pop up books that do what they want, when they want they are in trouble..if they pay people out--its to make others more comfortable to buy in higher/raise the level of trust....Madoff paid out a lot of people

....and my own father actually made $$ off Stratton Oakmont....

....and when these huge accounts are getting closed/going down I mean what do you expect...someone you've never met is holding 100,000 of your dollars.....Im an honest person and i'd have trouble not running with that amount of cash....Its flat out life changing...
