Ball all the hands should be saved on your computer. You can access the using the poker software. And just PM "sbrforum" and they'll credit you quickly.

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but I currently have it to only save on click rather then automatically so I can only find a couple hands in there over the course of playing on here that I have saved?

Hmm...mine saves 'em all automatically. Just pm sbr forum with the info you have and he'll get it done.

Can someone from SBR please help me? It has been 1 week now.... I keep getting told anytime I ask that the points are already in my account. They aren't. I have no rollover points available of any kind and when I sit at a table I don't have an option of using any points other then the ones I currently have.
