why dont players chop in rake game?

aside from bad beat jackpot or promo possibilities, breaking even in the blinds is +EV.

If you have a skill edge on the player, chopping is not +EV... unless you wanted to make the player happy and wait for a better spot. But yea...in a vacuum one player is +EV HU and the other is -EV and the house wins money from both players in the long run.
