sit and go is not deepstack or measure of skill. It's a turbo tournament. deep stack poker, (100BB+) requires more skill. sitngo blinds go up rapidly (every 9 hands (2-5min)). those are not good determiner of skill. playing each other with 10 big blinds (which you will have in 5min) does not measure skill. i could beat phill hellmuth if we played each other with 10 big blinds. but 100 big blinds (ring game) diff story.

Lets play mano a mano at 10/20NL. or 5/10NL. Deepstack poker. You can do your bullshit in tournament because its short stack, but it wont work in deepstack poker.

I play real poker. Not crapshoot turbo 5big blind tournament.

Tournaments are whole different story than 10/20 cash games for this reason... You can have one set-up hand and lose 2,000 points in a cash game, a tournament, you lose the tournament and only lose 200...

It limits getting a lucky set over set or higher flush over flush, etc.

You're not very well-versed in poker to understand this, but i guarantee a 70% win rate vs u.

70% win rate? over how many sessions? If we play more than 30 sessions, Want to place wager that you dont win over 70%?
