6) Work with local real estate moguls to purchase a small Carribean Island from which to run a sportsbook.

7) Once island is purchased, run two books simultaneously (under something like "Gambling Island"): a book that never pays out, and a high-roller book that only takes wagers on how long it takes players in the first book to realize it's a scam.

8) Once sufficient money has been made, hold an exclusive bash for members of first book, putting golden tickets in the bottom of every box of Twinkies in the southern United States.
