Help!!

I tried to get live help, but they don't seem to be available.

Earlier today I used my SBR points to play some poker....well, I lost with top trips to a rivered straight.....no biggie.

Tonight I was a little bored and thought, what the heck....so I bought 400 points for 20 Euro (I am guessing?)....when I went into my account it says I have $12. I went to try and play at the same tables and I have this $12 but no SBR points....I am not sure how this happened or what I have to do to end up with the points that I thought I was buying.....

Can anybody help?
