Hi my name is Jason. On Tuesday 1/8/13 I was playing poker at Table BORAX under the name Ballin7900. I was in a hand with another player named BadBeatJim. The Hand number is 125030550. I had a full house on the turn and when the other player bet action came to me and folded my hand immediately without me touching anything. I had no chance to act. Directly following the hand a chat box came up on the poker table saying the table was being closed due to technical issues. I would like you to review this and reimburse me with the total of the pot which was $77.66 .....I am very upset about this situation and am a loyal customer to 5dimes. I put a complaint in Tuesday and no response. I called customer support and they told me to email. I expect a timely response on this matter. Thank You anyone have any advice on what I can do about this ....everytime I ask them what has been done they ask me for hand history that I have already given them 10 times!!!! it has been a month and still no response

I have tried several times and they keep asking for the hand history telling me they will email poker and then never responding. I understand its a 3rd party but it has been a month!!! they shouldn't do business with a 3rd party if there not gonna take responsibility for there mistakes.Comment -
they just sent me this email which doesn't make sense “The customer is talking about a ring game. Those games might be cancelled sometimes. Its just a matter of going into another table and that's all. It is not like a tournament in which there is a total prize at the end of the game. In ring games you take what you have won so far and that's it. And that's the case of the player.
The pot of that game will not be given as the hand was not completed. He was given his prior winnings.” the hand was completed they folded my hand and gave the pot to another player and never reimbursed me not even what I lost in the pot.Comment
