New SBR Gear Tourney?

What is this tourney about? I just saw it today on the countdown clock on the new article

Is this something new that has been added? Or has this always existed? Says that it is daily 1:00 PM ET.

They used to do gear tournaments. They also had a Newbie tournament for gear. I think that's old
