#2I found these strategies work the best in that situation:
1. Transfer all your points to them in advance
or
2. Leave the table and start a thread about how rigged sbr poker is and that I'm never playing againComment -

#3Tighten up a little pre-flop. Then either let them barrel themselves to death post flop or introduce them to our friend, the check-raise. If they're always betting the flop, they're missing it more often than hitting. If you have a tight image, you can use the check-raise as a bluff/semi-bluff or just re-raise their continuation bet as a bluff.Last edited by daneblazer; 09-27-12, 07:31 PM.Comment -

#4This is a player who is trying to run the table. The solution to this is determining how good he is and whats his experience. If hes a kid, hes probably just stupidly aggressive and you can use this to your advantage by calling and checking more in position hoping to trap him, or you can 3 bet him a few times to calm him down or at the very least, let him know to stop stealing your positional advantage.
If he in turn, plays back at you, and you find your self not knowing were you stand in the hand, you must change tables, as you're being hustled and need more practice at an easier table. If this is the case, never try to outplay them or play their game. They'll punk you for all your money.Comment -

#6guys overbetting preflop are easy to beat (4 5 6xing types) guys who raise repeatedly small are tough to deal with, dont get involved with these types out of position.Comment -

#8I think you need to find Sigmund Freud's book, "The Interpretation of Dreams, and Albert Einstein's book on the Theory of Relativity.
Once you have harnessed the idea that for every action, there is a reaction, it is relatively simple. Don't daydream while playing cards! You must read about poker to understand the math, Psychology, skill and the percentage of luck involved. Now try to put all of this into perspective and see if you can figure out what causes a suck out ! It will put you on tilt and that my friend is where you need Uncle Sigmund. As noted, those guys usually fall prey to a skilled well read poker player. If you need assistance understanding this reply, you are most likely a good player and should not be asking such a question. Good luck my friend.Comment -

#9I let them go, it is a good thing for one to be gathering up the chips. I simply stay away until the time is right. You should be playing only real good cards anyhow and his bet will be a good thing at the time.Comment
