Fantasy Football Advice

Never asked the degenerates here for advice on fantasy - but lets see how this goes. can start 3 of these RB's - who do I go with:

Jamaal Charles, Ahmad Bradshaw, CJ Spiller, Doug Martin

All projected to have similar points, all have similar matchups - who do I sit out of that group?

That is way I am leaning also. Hoping Bills defense bounces back and plays like they were predicted to play pre season!

You should leave out Martin IMO, but I am terrible at fantasy football so you should probably not listen to me.
