You will be able to renew one month prior. You can always simply visit the SBR Pro application form and click one of the methods advertised to see your renew date.

None of the methods come up. It says loading available offers but nothing comes up.

Anniversary points were discontinued at the start of the year.

Firefox. I do have the adblock add-on. That might be the problem.

Yes it has caused issues. If you wish to keep it enabled I'd just suggest using a browser without it when you want to load the Pro application.
