he called games in between coaching stints for local-level type fsn games, i think it was. either that or a division of cbs college sports. and he always sounded wasted. probably the worst commentator ever, but always puts entertaining teams together.Comment -

you could see him asking the ref why the clock was stopped
play calling on last offensive possession was very fukkin strange
had they ran it on 1st down instead of throwing they basically could of ran the clock out
then goes for it on 4th down instead of punting them deep with no timeouts and 40 seconds left

No excuse but I actually think the personal foul They picked up on the play before the last 1st down had him thinking it was 1st and 25 instead of 1st and 10. no excuse but im thinking that is what he maybe thought. But still even then by running it on 1st doen instead of passing it they could of basically iced the clock.
He would of gotten murdered in the media had UNLV somehow pulled off a miracle tying it and then winning
