Going to this game tomorrow. Everything tells me not to bet the Sox. I've had Scherzer in fantasy all year and he's been beasting this last month. HOWEVER, I've been a total mush as of late so with my instinct telling me to bet Detroit, I have a feeling the Sox come through and stretch the lead back to 3 games. Let's get it!

Hard to trust Gavin Floyd under any circumstances, and Scherzer has absolutely dominated the White Sox in the past. With that being said, I don't like the Tigers' current form at all -- even after last night's win. How anyone could lay -140 here is beyond me. That's why Brock's bankroll is going to be on life support soon.Comment -

I have small action on Sox tonight at +120 too Louie
I have feeling Sox will show out tonight. Another reason I made small play on
over 8 (-150) Even at 8 I push. Could go under but I'll tell u this Louie...I tracked by
hand and monitored Tigers at end of July via Aug. I tracked all MLB TT's (team totals)
at O3 ... U3... and at 3. I could have retrieved this date via net but they say it helps develop your
handicapping skills to do this some by hand.
I ran a simple statistics bell curve test on teams. Out of all teams,
Detroit Tigers had the most O3's in the league!! I then assigned a 1 for O3, 0 for U3 and
if the team scored exactly 3 I simply did not make a journal entry.
ps... Astros if I re correctly had most U3 (translation = They suck!!)
Now I realize that teams trend but we all know that both DET and SOX put up high numbers...
So according to books like "Sharp Sports Betting", if you feel you have an edge ...play t and play it strong.
It says we can crunch the math and numbers all day
but it ain't worth a hill of beans if we can't pick WINNERS!!!

Chi Sox's skipper Robin Ventura is bringing Gavin Floyd back at the perfect time, needing a victory to extend the current 2 game lead over the Tigers. Detroit's bats (besides last night) have been struggling as they have lost 8 of their last 13. Averaging on 3 runs per contest, and now they are facing Mr Floyd who is 1-0 w/ 1.38 ERA against the Tigers this season. Gavin is also 3-1 w/ 2.98 ERA @ home against the Tigers is his 9 outings against them.
I know Max Scherzer has been really good as of late, but he's 0-2 w/ 5.63 ERA is in last 3 outings @ Cellular Field.
I'll take the value with the dog here and expect the Sox to extend their division lead as the Tigers continue to struggle.Comment -
