I think a lot of what is going on over there right now has to do with the fiasco that is their poker room. They are trying to figure out who is actually who they say they are and who has actually won or been a part of chip dumping. I think it's similar to what 5Dimes went through awhile back with their casino debacle.

I have also had issues with them before, one time when a live chat rep said a bet would be cancelled so I bet it again at another book, then halfway through the game I notice it wasn't cancelled so I ended up losing two bets. The biggest complaint I have are the bs payout request cancellations without notice, citing some little nit picky issue. Pain in the ass

I have always gotten my money though.

A few months ago posters were demanding SBR downgrade 5Dimes because of processing issues. Now 99% of US posters are kissing their ass again and have forgotten all about it. Either you trust in SBR's process of rating books or you don't. Nothing wrong with either belief. Either way there is more than enough feedback from fellow posters in the S&I forum for people to make a good judgement call about where to play if you prefer not to follow SBR's guidelines. If BOL ever stiffs a player I'll get in line with the rest of those asking for a downgrade but I have a feeling if they ever did, the downgrade would be made before we could ever start our riot just as it would for any other book.
