In just three days we've already seen plenty of excitement the on track and tomorrow we'll see the first group race of the new season with the running of the Group 3 EstarOnline Winter Cup. Today, John Jenkins previews the Riccarton feature, as well as the $200,000 Terminating Pick6 at the same venue. Stu Bailey (Harness) and Peter Fenemor (Greyhounds) are back for another season too.

Not much use having the racing season run through the fall/winter.

I do not see Aus Racing closing at all during the year

If any racing actually shuts down in Country for lets say a month then racing season begins but if 12 months a year racing season starts Jan 1
