It's all the same.

If the kid has 100 bucks to gamble with that 1 buck is the same as the guy that has 1,000 to his name and is betting 10 as a unit....Units are units...How much shouldn't matter.

Just saying, the kid will be down 2 units (2 bucks 20 bucks 200 bucks 2,000 bucks) at nights end.

If the guy is betting 5K a game, that doesn't mean you should go throw 500 on your bet necessarily...His average bet could be 5K, but nobody would know that, they just see a big bet and decide to throw down a higher than normal bet....It'd be nice if the guy said 1 unit instead of 5K, because it would let the followers know how much they should bet.
