i think it will be more like a regular slide. because you know when kids try to run up the slide portion instead of using the stairs to get to the top. that is what we have here. a bunch of retards trying to run up the slide where only the most agile and fleet of foot make up, while that fat kids can't get it done.

Yeah, I forgot about Dole. But he won the states he was going to win. Just couldn't grab any of the toss up states.

it does seem that if sbr were the only voters allowed romney would win in a landslide, thats probably a terrible sign for the man, although obama has been landered.

                More Summer Woes

                Jobless Claims Up

The number of Americans filing new claims for unemployment benefits last week rose for the fifth time in six weeks.

"The data shows that there is skepticism on the part of companies that are hiring," said Peter Cardillo, an economist at Rockwell Global Capital in New York.

Home foreclosures up for 1st time in 27 months

U.S. foreclosure starts rose year-over-year in May for the first time in more than two years as banks resumed dealing with distressed properties after a mortgage abuse settlement earlier this year, data firm RealtyTrac said on Thursday.

Happy to see it, but thats a crazy line, he is +150 at dsi, I got him at +215, probably time to hedge and throw down on Obama at Bovada if that line is legit.

Probably just repeating what has already been said - but presidential elections are too polarizing to be a landslide anymore.

The only way it will ever be a landslide is if the Republicans have the best candidate, and by far. Presidential elections are always Republican biased, so a democrat will never win in a "landslide".

The lack of a recent of even a moderate landslide victory by a republican candidate is telling to how bad the GOP has been at finding a worthy candidate of office.

If they don't get their head out their ass, Hilary will win in a landslide in 2016.

Please explain how a Presidential election is Republican biased. I will be interested to hear it. Since the media is always 97% in the tank for Democrats I would love to hear how Presidential elections are Republican biased.

97%? Hey bud, Fox News has higher viewership than CNN and MSNBC combined. Get a clue. Media bias is 50/50 across all channels taken into account.

You have the academic reason that the south is over represented in the electoral college.

In reality however, the very real reason of the voting demographic is why elections, especially non-presidential elections, tend to be biased to the right. Same thing with polls, which I don't think they can figure out how to fix, especially now that they use the "likely to vote" factor.

The media is left biased, only as much as any other profession that is dominated by bachelors degree's or higher, save maybe the lawyers.

If you step away from the FAUX News minddrain, you will realize that the media is biased only against things that don't sell, and more to the point the third party.

Youtube... Youtube is where the damn debate was broadcast for those not allowed into the "two party" debate, but are on the ballot... You want to talk about bias, don't whine republican talking points.

The media is making this race into something closer than it is.
The electoral college numbers make it an almost impossible path for Mittens.
Although, if Mittens wins the popular vote, maybe the 2 parties can get together and abolish the electoral college already. It's stupid, it could keep Mittens from telling you about all his policy ideas that he hasn't told you about yet.
