On 700WLW, The Reds flagship radio station-----the consensus is that Chapman is going to be in the rotation.

It comes down to him v. Homer Bailey. The four starters ahead of them are Latos, Cueto, Arroyo, and Leake.

Chapman has been much tougher this spring than Bailey, and it looks like Bailey is going to be the long man in the pen.

Sean Marshall will close.
