It's been giving me issues all morning as well. Every time I'm actually able to log in my cash back box has a different amount or is completely gone all together, so I'm sure the downtime is related to getting everyone their cashback reward this morning.

Also tried calling a few times. Automated menu keeps telling me my acct number is incorrect (which it isnt). So cant get thru on phone either. Not sure what is going on
