Ok guys here's the deal,
I have recently made an account with 5 dimes because of all the praise and high ratings it gets.
I will first hand tell you this is the worst book i have ever dealt with and it's mostly due to customer service.
Here's something that just happened to me:
I was playing at the LIVE blackjack casino betting 20 bucks a hand.
I go to place a 20 dollar bet and the dealer stops to suffle two decks which can take 10 or 15 mins so i retracted my bet by using a button they have called REMOVE.
So at this point my balance was $250 with a $20 bet on the table.
So after i remove the $20 while shes dealing it should go back up to $270 being my available... but NO
I physically saw the red chips leave the table when i hit remove but they NEVER went back into my account.
I called the pit boss over who promptly told me that never happened and then when i ask for the pit boss's name they ban my chat.
What kind of business is this?
Horrible casino.
Horrible withdrawl fees.
I really don't understand how in this world 5 dimes is at the top of every list i look at.
Customer service is a joke over there.
I guess i am half venting and half hoping to save someone from ever depositing on this website.
It has been nothing but headaches for me, long wait times in the chat and final straw they actually STOLE $20 from me...
never been treated like that in my life..
then AFTER the pit boss bans my chat in the casino i go to regular live help and they accuse me of lying cause there system shows i hadnt played in 4 hours!!!!
he was telling me this AS I WAS SITTING AT THE TABLE its like really dude?
ok now im just venting but bottom line is 5 dimes can go FUCKKKK themselves and please new members dont sign on with them
on a different note.... i need a new sportsbook.... any thoughts?
