Sorry if someone already mentioned. The new sbr forum is not user friendly like the old one. In the old one, there are always the "My Posts" and "View New Posts" links on every pages. With the new sbr forum, if I go to the "My Posts" page, I don't see the "View New Posts" link, and vice versa. Also, personal information (i.e points, sbrsportsbook pts at risk or total) is not available on every pages. Just my 2 cents.

Much better than the previous skin. I liked the skin when i first registered back in 09 even more than the last skin lol. Why doesnt SBR give us forum options ( skins).. especially for Pro's

This guy makes a lot of sense. I wish this can also be implemented into the new upgrade. It feels slow especially on the ipad. The font is too large and bold. The pages are very bright.

The search function is approvable.

Mobile problems*

I realize it is under construction.. just wanted to include some errors as I have tried to use it all day and there is plenty listed and some not. I am sure u want testers so u can improve it.. Well here I am

1. It is virtually impossible to post a quick reply right now via mobile. U cannot even type in the space I am running android droid X phone. Once u open a full reply then u can do it.. but for now u cannot quick reply whatsoever.

2. accessing the sportsbook via mobile is very tough without typing in the sportsbook address manually. We need a link

3. A ton of threads that people access all the time cannot be easily advanced to the final page.. basically threads longer than 7 pages u can forget bout an easy way of accessing the newer posts and reading updates/adding ur own. This is a must change as last page is pertinent in this forum on mobile.

4. Mobile should have way to nominate posts (this wasnt available before on old software either, but it should be now)

Some other issues with PC based forum

1. When in a private message if u want to check that persons pt history by opening in a new tab it gives an error like this

2. spell check is running not so smooth.. if u click a word to change the spelling, and then misclick , it will not let u spell check that word again to change the spelling ...(with a lot of clicking around the post and/or some random clicking it gives u a chance to do it again.. but its so random it isnt funny)

3. When viewing the forum.. if u scroll to the top and hover mouse over the store it used to give u sub catagories to jump to.. this feature no longer works.. not sure if its something that can come back? and I personally dont use it.. but I noticed it changed

gl with all the tweaking.. if u need testers the super users i am sure can help ya

people keep saying "too white", "too bright", etc.

early on these were called "personal preferences" by lou.

i can tell you this shit is killing my eyes, especially to read through long threads. and i'm only 30. even wikipedia doesn't screw with my eyes like this. i don't think that's being coveyed effectively. when people say "too white" or "too bright" they mean "just reading through the forum is a semi-painful experience now."

I was quick replying earlier today. Sometimes it took longer then others, but it worked.

I liked to view whatever post was on the top of the page and if I haven't read it yet, then I'd just click to the previous page from up there, now I have to scroll to the bottom of the page just to get to the previous.

Yes the old forum use to have it on the top as well which is convenient. Also the pages should show you how many total pages there are. For example if there's 10 pages it should be.... 1,2,3,4....9,10 so you know there's 10 pages and you can click on the first few pages or the last few pages and perhaps a drop down where you can choose the page to scroll too.

The new system doesn't seem as sprite/fast as the old system using Firefox latest version. And it's too bright :-)

I think part of the appeal before was that this site's skin was unique and very easy to navigate.Now its just like everyone else and I'm sure over time it will become easier to get around but just kind of looks cheaper.

I'll be hanging out at twitter until this new format is resolved. I'm on my iPhone 99% of the time and navigating SBR now isn't worth it. I get too frustrated. This place is a trainwreck

Somehow my iPhone has switched from mobile to the normal layout, and I can't find anywhere to click to switch it back. The normal layout is really hard to read on an iPhone.Can someone please help?

More mobile problems to be fixed -

no navigation from page to page especially past 7 mark is bear impossible.. And say page 30 is where u want to go.. Gl. LoL.. Even if u do get to last page.. No way of getting to page before last as the far left arrow takes u to page 1!

No refresh button.. Sure our browsers do that.. But it was nice having refresh there for threads we are refreshing on the fly at bottom of screen.
