Going back to reduce vertical size...

1.- There is a line at the start of every post, with two small icons: "default post" and "report post". And after the post there are another line with two small icons: "Nominate post" and "give points". Having all four in one line (either above or below) is a no brainer.

2.- Most posts on SBR are pretty short, maybe 3 lines or less. In those the vertical size is given by the left cell. With the increased avatar size it is the culprit of most of the white space. Reducing the "Message me" button to a text link would help, and the avatar vertical size should be reduced a little too. It is now 150 px, up from 70 px on the old version. Maybe we can settle on 100 px vertical and 150 horizontal?

3.- After editing the post I found that there is some 5 lines space after the post and before "last edited by Cookie Monster". That blank space should decrease.

It'll take a little time to get used to it, but I'm sure it'll be fine. Previously, I could see about 12 or 15 threads and it was easy to tell what I was interested in; now I see fewer threads on my screen, so it takes more time to go through the same number. With time, I'm sure I won't even notice this. But somebody did a lot of work; congrats.

Not tryin to be 'that guy' but i dont have a laptop at the moment and i cant use any threads or anything cause of the disaster of new mobile site.

Its unbearable literally, i cannot use the site because of it now.

Please switch back to the older yet 100000x more efficient and user friendly

I like the new mobile site, only thing that I don't like is you can't see the poster that started the thread. That sucks because there are many threads I don't read depending on the poster.

Cant do a lot of things. cant go to certain pages it goes to random page. Whoever the computerscientist behind it needs to touch it up ASAP as I cannot really use the site to how I want it. I am sure I am not alone as I cannot view peoples plays. And it wont let me get to the original interface.

Very disapointed. And actually very frustrated.

And what's with the ridiculous amount of white? Is this Lou's way of telling us he won't be voting for Obama? I guess the Mitt Romney avatar validates that thought.

One other thing: Is there a way to go invisible? I don't like the thought of people knowing I'm online. There are a lot of creeps around here.

I appreciate your quick response to this! Something strange happened though. I didn't get credited back anything, got the initial transfer to forum points cancelled, and now it shows that I have a -8 point balance. Basically, 54 points disappeared.

Thanks again Lou for handling all this small stuff in the middle of this big change!
