In that case, just click the "View First Unread" link we have now in the top left of the thread. Some of these features will take a little while to pick-up, but will become familiar.

Nice, Yea I tried that earlier, but I clicked onto the last page of the thread and realized I missed some previous posts, so I clicked view last unread and it took me to that same page.

Just have to remember to just jump into the first page of the thread and not to the end like I'm used to.

I have no problem with the look and layout, but with this feature missing, the change sucks.

Could not agree more. I especially found it useful for quickly locating threads I posted on but fun to creep on others every once in awhile too.

One minor problem: I can't logon on my tablet, on the mobile version of sbrforum (which is really nice and quick to load btw). It rejects my password every time, yet the same pw works fine on the desktop version.

Edit by SBR Lou: Thanks for sharing. This is the first report we've heard of a PW situation. Please re-set your password and it will work, may need to be resynced.

Thanks Lou - no luck I'm afraid. Doesn't really matter.

For reference it's an android 4.03 tablet, using the default browser.

Oddly enough, I can logon to the sbrsportsbook with it no problem.

Figure out the password issue: sbrforum mobile insists on correct capitalisation for the username, sbrforum desktop version doesn't care.

Not sure if this is due to the new forum or not, but I just transfered 18 points from my sportsbook to the regular points. Only 18 transfered, but 36 were taken from my sportsbook balance. Kinda confused at what happened, and only noticed because I had so few points left to begin with after making a purchase yesterday.

Besides that, I think the new style of the forum looks slick. It is brighter/whiter then I would like and I agree that there is alot of space taken up by each post... but I'm sure that will just take some time to get used to.

Could you please look into what happened in the points transfer?

Not any new ideas, just telling some suggestions:

"My contest" and "My spreadsheet" links should fit on the left side user info, below "my posts"

Some kind of color customization would be nice. Currently looks too pale. Preferably user customization on post background and the bars. At least give the user some predefined color schemes as in the previous version (blue/slate/orange, etc).

The increased scrolling is also a problem. There should be a way to compress vertical size. I know the badges are a ego thing by the users earning them, but I would love having the choice to display or not everyone's badges on MY page views. If you allow that setting, I guess most of the users would hide badges.

In sum, I am not too fond of the change, but I thank SBR for the effort. And at last the search function works again.

Aestetically, I don't mind the changes all that much. However, one of the cardinal sins of writing on the web is having columns widths that go across the entire page. It makes it much harder to read. As I'm typing this, I saw an Auto-save feature appear in the lower right hand corner...if there is one, that's great!

The page showing the posts looks cluttered and unorganized.

Bad job sbr. Newcomers will be less likely to join and even I will be less likely to browse.

I wonder if the free downloaded forum code comes with themes..or maybe the website they got it for free from has some themes they can add in too..because I know someone didn't waste their time coding this garbage
