Asked a simple question from a new account and they flat out could not answer it. 5 minutes in between each response

Horrible options, lines posted 12 hours later than other books. But great book because Ashley made you feel good inside what a clown

Spoke with Ashley on the phone this weekend while waiting at the airport. She has perfect English and very knowledgeable regarding the rules on payouts.

Love it when I don't need to be transferred to somebody else because the person answering the phone has no clue why they are answering phones. LOL

This place is growing on me to IWIN. Now if they hang overnight baseball lines I'm in for the long haul!

This place is the absolute best for any US player ! ! !

Their customer service is small staffed but great at what they do. Very friendly and they want to help anyway they can,

as a recreational player i will deposit no where else.

i would like to thank nick , jon , jim , ryan , ben , ashley and even leo for making the choice easy !!!!

if you haven't had the chance to check them out then your missing out big time.

After playing at BetIslands for a short time now here's my thoughts.... Customer Service is top notch like everyone is saying. No more Reduced juice and free half point. Not good. Accepted a 110% free play bonus with a 12x rollover which is excessive IMO but I accepted it knowing the terms. Take a bit too long to hang lines which is a hassle at times. Need to remedy this. Not able to comment on payout process yet as I have a huge rollover to complete but if they do have same day payouts as they suggest then that is excellent. Will continue to use the book and update on anything relevant.

That's a bit of a stretch.They pay no doubt but they don't offer total lines near as early as other shops on CBB.They are OK as a 4th or 5th out but not a number 1 by any means.
