There all blank on the sbr lines page, for NCAAB and NBA. Even Bovada has some lines up now...

What time do they actually post lines?

I wouldn't depend on the SBR liners platform to always to be up-to-date on lines from books. Sometimes there are glitches...like in LA in that Blue Jackets/Kings game

they are a recreational book that limits their exposure...you will always get paid fast...
