I agree Lunch... the guy is a clown and motor mouth off the court.....BUT I do like his tenacity and motor on the court. and the guy has worked hard every off season to improve. Really surprised to see Noah start this season off so lackluster....

lots of heralded big men, have failed like Lunchy mentioned with Oden, and Noah has done okay...Hibbert, Thabeet, Mullins, Suton just about every center other than Osik drafted in 2008, ect ect..

its very hard to draft a good center these days. Cousins is about the only other good one the last few years, but I consider him a PF

honestly coming out of college, i thought he would be better then he has been. I still don't understand how he could get a 60 million dollar contract, but of course i dont understand how my hawks could give joe johnson the bank either

first.... that would be OVERPAID, not over-rated.... over-rated would be if Noah got the MVP last year instead of Rose.

second. its just about logistics if you survive your rookie contract in the NBA you get rewarded....

in the Bulls case they gave extensions to these guys. In the midst of the lock-out/collective bargaining agreement, Rose did all right for himself.

its about the money for the life of the contract, not the year by year basis that counts. Rose will be getting close to 20 million a year from 2013-2018

overpaid and overrated are in the same boat for me, because it means someone valued him high enough to pay him. I understand the logistics of it but to me he is not a top tier player and people making that type of money need to be a top tier. But in reality a lot of nba players are like that, i am not singling out him. I just can't see paying someone 12 million a year to score 8 points again, but its not my money

thats only the eastern conference

there are tons of over paid/ over rated centers and over paid players in the NBA in general. Hell I think the avg NBA player gets 5 million.

its all relative I guess. I know i'm over paid in my job. but hell I'd take a rookie NBA contract anyday

they dont care if he score anything, not what the man gets paid to do. defense son.

Noah not overrated or underrated. He is more of a role player with the Bulls... 25 minutes a game, gives 110% those 25 minutes though.

overrated/overpaid? for plus defensive center who averages a double-double and dosen't kill you on the FT line so he can play at the end of close games 12m is a decent deal.
