When the officer asked Leskanic for his driver's license, he allegedly provided him with his major league baseball scouting card.
The State Attorney's Office released the dash cam video from the night a former Major League Baseball player was arrested for allegedly drinking and driving with his 5-year-old daughter in the truck.
Former Red Sox pitcher Curtis Leskanic was pulled over in Altamonte Springs last September.
Leskanic played for the Red Sox during the 2004 World Series.

<hr>A concerned parent called 911 after seeing Leskanic's condition when he picked his daughter at a cheerleading event.
Officers said they found him passed out behind the wheel of his truck with his 5-year-old daughter in the vehicle.
In the dash cam video, Leskanic is seen swaying and having a hard time holding his leg up during the field sobriety test.
Leskanic told the police officer in the video that he had not had anything to drink.
Police reports show he had a blood alcohol content of 0.331, which is four times the legal limit.
When the officer asked Leskanic for his driver's license, he allegedly provided him with his major league baseball scouting card.
Once he was arrested, he started crying, and then cursed at the officer.
Officer: "What's your cell phone number, sir?"
Leskanic: "F*** you."
Officer: "What's a number to reach you at?"
Leskanic: "F*** you."
Officer: "Curtis, I need a number to reach you at."
Leskanic: "F*** you. Taxes I pay. "You f****** suck."
The video and a 911 call made by a parent at Leskanic's daughter's cheerleading practice were released during a pre-trial hearing on Monday.
