NE has played only 3 teams all year with winning record, they lost 2, if Evans does not drop the ball in the end zone NE would be 0-3
want to put 10 bucks on the game

Giants fans were talking about how hard it is to beat a team twice, but you don't hear that now.

No, the right team is favored because the Pats have been more consistent all year. BUT, the Giants might be the better team right NOW and look like a great ML play.

I was thinking NE -1.5/54.5 but a lot of shops posted Afc -3.5 a few weeks ago so they stayed true to the number.
Got Giants +3.5 even with Macau local who took a few big Pats bets after almost laying heavy vig with Pinny and will play NE closer to game when line drops as right now I like Pats to win 23-21 or 20-17.

I posted yesterday morning about how Ted Ginn, Braylon Edwards, & Delanie Walker were half of SFs offense when they beat NY last time and Walker was the only one left at prob half speed. For NE the name is Andre Carter. He was the only real pash rusher they had and now he's out for the year. Gronk is in a walking boot too. NE will have a WR trying to cover Nicks and Cruz....good luck with that. NY 34-24

I had it at NE 1.5 TOO. I gave Giants three points because the game is in indy and they are just clicking too good on offense right now. Originally I had it 28 24 pats but its going to end 28 -27 patriots

I love how guys that are picking the Giants are giving valid reasons why they will win and the one picking the Patriots are just spitting out scores with no support. Face it folks, the Giants are simply the better team right now, plain and simple for the reasons given in this thread. They are better now than when they won in New England this year and their front four will make Brady's life a living hell like it always has.

NE would be 0-3 vs teams with winning record if Evans does not drop that TD pass

Barely beating Alex Smith does not inspire much confidence that they will beat Tom Brady.
If Alex Smith wasn't the worst QB in the NFL, the 49ers win that game in the 4th 4 or 5 different times.

Public all over the giants. 99% of sbr on the giants. The game is indoors on a surface that favours the pats. Giants backers are overlooking this .

Pats will get to Eli. He will turn ball over. Brady will exploit the matchup problems Giants will have covering te's. Branch will be a big factor. Expect a lot of hurry up formation and screens towards blitzes. Giants are playing very well but they aren't world beaters and one of the white returners from NE is going to give them great field position numerous times.

Not sure the pats' secondary is going to be able to handle Manning's bombs, especially in an indoor setting. Watch for the PA on 1st down, Cruz and CO. are bound to have a career day.

Line should probably be closer to pk, if this were based on football alone. But the public perception that the Patriots are better is obvious, so that means the line is right. If the line was pk, there is no way the books would get anything close to balanced action.
Doesn't mean much anyway. Pats were huge favorites in 2007. What did that get them? These Giants are just as good as that earlier team, but are these Pats as good as then? I don't think so. The line suggests the same.

I read that they expect the public to be heavy on Patriots and also that they made Pats that heavy favorite because public will get Patriots no matter the price. I have no opinion on that statement but I do know for certain Giants ML has great +EV

Just citing some interview with some Vegas linesman. I never cared who is on what anyways
I don't care about public/sharps or line movements. All I do is look at the game and it has always worked out the best for me.
