They do in Costa Rica, at least at the private hospital that my son was born at. I went down to the hospital restaurant to get a bite to eat while my wife was resting, and they had beer and wine on the menu, so I had a few.

I remember the last visit to the birth center. I had a sombrero on and was high as giraffe pu$$y. Had a flask and was passing it around to my friends while we were in the "official smoking section". Later I busted out a doobie and toked it around the corner.
