Slapshot 75-85 depends though which stick I use. s19 curve for the low range of speed and bauer x60 for the higher range.

Tennis Serve and fast ball never timed it.

4 seamers are a tad faster, maybe 87 or 88 for you. I threw mostly 2 seamers too as I got great sink and tail away from righties
