If you were making $50M+ a fight promoting a boxer who you knew would get his clock cleaned against a certain opponent, would you setup the bout? Arum will take the fight, but only if there's guaranteed to be at least one rematch and Top Rank get the lion's share of the PPV money. Thus, no bout.

Last I checked Floyd is the one undefeated, he brings in more revenue for HBO, HBO PPV and has made Manny Pacquaio relevant by virtue of their not having fought yet. Floyd should be getting at least 60%.
